We are Jilly Riley and Stu Fletcher, musicians, passionate about health and wellbeing, offering peace and positivity through music and sound. We hold live events, an offering we call Sonic Spa, creating a space to relax and rejuvenate. We intuitively craft ambient soundscapes designed to soothe and bring tranquility. Combining ethereal vocals, an aray of world instruments, ambient bass tones and melodies, we create a rich landscape of heavenly musical texture. This is delivered live during our sessions via radio headset, providing a personal cocoon of sonic nourishment. At our events, we follow this with a deeply relaxing sound bath using hand crafted Nepalese gongs, singing bowls and chimes, finishing with poetry and complimentary tea and cake. 

Our offering provides the usual health benefits associated with our acoustic instruments, as you'd expect during a sound immersion......but also giving a fully encompassing experience via head set, superbly mixed, minimising external distractions, allowing you to drift in to a deep state of relaxation.

Our attendees have asked where our music is available…….we've just finished recording our debut album, Oceanic Journey, a 44 minute piece of meditative music inspired by the ocean. More information coming soon!
